Domain / DNS renewal is the client’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated in your agreement. This is the single most common cause of a site going down with zero warning.
Incident Response rate: billed at $150/hour, prorated to 10 minutes. This applies to Hosting Only clients for any support request, and to Care Standard / Ecommerce (Basic) / Ecommerce (Premium) clients for work beyond the included monthly dev hours.
